Children’s House Montessori School (CHMS) has served the children and families of Whitefish, Montana since 1980. We are a non-profit, non-sectarian organization devoted to the educational, social, emotional and physical well-being of children.
CHMS programs are based on the Montessori Method and philosophy, our focus being the development of each child’s full potential. In our classrooms, students practice activities in practical life skills, math, language, science, history, geography, art, writing and music. Every day, children and adults honor kindness, compassion, mutual respect and peace.
CHMS is proud to offer an Early Learner Classroom for children 2-3 years old and two Primary classrooms for children 3-6 years old. Click here to see photos of our campus including our playground, native plant garden and outdoor classroom.
